"NU" is the handle given to the Tkachian doctrines that were an
attempt to bring "New Understanding" to the Church of God founded
on Herbert Armstrong's preaching.  It was not "new", but the same
old trinitarian-based theology that HWA rejected.  (see section "Post
Armstrong Doctrinal Changes" on the RealAudio edition of the Compendium)

A related set of files are found under "Understanding the Nature of God" 
(UNOG), which was the vain attempt by the Tkach's "Greek scholar", a
faculty member who was Greek but whose PhD was in music, to talk the 
HWA/WCG ministry out of their old beliefs and into this "new" belief.
